Other useful connections

Miessence: a website for wonderful organic body, health and beauty products.  I discovered them several years ago after developing an allergy to SLS (sodium lauryl or laureth sulphate) products which include shampoos, bubble bath, toothpaste etc.  I was also struggling to find a deodorant that I didn't react to or contain aluminium.  I have been very pleased with their products and service.

Dragon Spring Taiji - founded by Alec Jones (my husband) - for taiji classes in South Birmingham and Ludlow.  Alec has over 25 years of taiji teaching experience and he's very good (but then I am biased)!

Buy Your Time: website of Kati Cooper who has catered so deliciously for some of my Reiki events.

Oak Barn Centre: venue of many of my local events, run by Reiki friend Polly Bolton

Poulstone Court Retreat Centre: a beautiful retreat venue in Herefordshire run by a longstanding Reiki mate of mine!
